SUMMARY:The Peace Within: Mindfulness based support group and workshop
DESCRIPTION:You can feel better! Whether you have been struggling with depr
 ession\, anxiety\, or even difficulty managing day to day stressors\, ther
 e is a way out. There is a path to inner peace\, calmness\, and feeling yo
 ur best self. Please join me as we enter this path together\, through mind
 fulness practices.\n\nMindfulness based practices are rooted in non-judgme
 nt and total self-acceptance. Throughout this workshop\, we will meet week
 ly to practice mindfulness\, provide support\, and find new ways to heal f
 rom our hurts\, anxiety\, and depression.\n\nIs this group for me? \n\nAny
 time there is an opportunity to join a group\, I think it is important to 
 consider if the experience offered will benefit you.  Whether you have be
 en practicing mindfulness on an individual basis or you are completely new
  to the practice\, this workshop and support group will provide you an opp
 ortunity to grow in your understanding of self and build on your journey t
